Our online shop provides electronic product from our independent designers back with high-quality material and reliable production. Our members of the QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customer's satisfaction.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for return/exchange in your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Easy Exchanges:
Need a different size, colour or pattern? Have a hassle-free exchange as long as it is in stock.

Fast Refund:
Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with the original label back to our return centre. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.

Returns &Exchanges
-Purchase can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the receipt date. Unfortunately, shipping costs are not refundable, unless there has been a packing error.

-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact

-If the product is proved to have obvious quality or quality problems before it reaches the customer, we will unconditionally support the return and provide a refund, and we will bear the corresponding return shipping costs.

DOA (Items Defective on Arrival)
Customers should contact our customer support within 2 days of receipt of goods for situation DOA .- The outer packing is broken or out of shape


Immediately file a case upon the broken package to the courier company and get a confirmation in a form of a paper proof with a stamp on it.
Email us with pictures attached to the received items/package and detailed information to describe the issue, along with the aforementioned paper proof and case number with which we can quickly confirm the case.
After verifying all the required information, we will either provide a replacement or a full refund, depending upon your requirement.-The outer packing is in a good shape while the item is not working.

Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from "Contact Us" page if you decide to cancel the order.

For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order shave already been shipped.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
